Not on stage, still decisive
Bar, catering, crowd flow, parking and sanitation only get noticed when they jam. That is why you want people there who look, switch gears and do not wait for someone to wake them up.
From the field
At a festival the morning crew set off together towards the stages for the first shift of the day. Sun on the meadow, no audience in sight — but backstage the machine had started long ago.
That early hour often determines how calmly the rest of the day runs.
Standalone or together with the rest
Hospitality can be scheduled separately or alongside stage crew and management. Give us visitor numbers, hours and zones; then we at least know where the pressure will sit.
