  • You can work early, late or overnight, and stay longer if needed
  • Own transport is a plus
Nice-to-havesB

06 · FAQ for candidates

STILL QUESTIONS?
ANSWERS HERE.

Do I need experience?+
Preferably yes, but not required. Motivation and perseverance matter just as much. We're happy to train motivated people.
How many hours per week can I work?+
Whatever you want. One shift per month or four per week. Sometimes we have lots of work, sometimes we sit on our hands for a week.
How am I paid?+
Per shift worked, through a proper payslip (day contract / flexi / student) or invoice (freelance). No vague arrangements.
Do I always work in the same place?+
No. Today the Sportpaleis, tomorrow the ING Arena, next week a corporate event in Brussels. Variety is the norm.
Do I need to bring my own gear?+
Safety shoes with steel toe — for hygienic reasons, please bring your own. Helmet, gloves and hi-vis we provide when needed.
What is a VCA certificate, do I need it?+
VCA stands for the Belgian Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Contractors. Not a must, but very useful. Many production houses and venues ask for it explicitly. Don't have it yet? No problem — we help you get there.
